    • 11:30am-ish  Potluck – we will share a meal together following worship.  We encourage parishioners to bring vegetarian dishes.   Everybody is encouraged to bring their own cutlery and dishes, etc.  We don’t want anyone to have to clean up afterwards.  All are welcome!

    • 2:30 PM at Sechelt Public Library.  A "Meet the Author" event with Laurel Dykstra, including her reading from her new book Wildlife Congregations. 
    • 4:30 PM at Robert's Creek Provincial Park Picnic Area. All are welcome to an outdoor Eucharist followed by a potluck.

Meditative Walks  Tuesdays at 3 pm  During the Season of Creation, we invite you to join us when you can.  These are weekly opportunities to walk or sit and to appreciate creation and our place in it.  If you need a ride, or can offer a ride, please, contact Bruce Pond by phone (705-772-9438) or email millpondsailor@gmail.com.

  CLIMATE FAIRE being held at the Gibsons Public Marker on on September 20th-21st, 2024.  The annual  Climate Faire will celebrate the Sunshine Coast’s progress in reducing its climate footprint and building resilience. This event aims to inspire the community with local success stories, transform climate anxiety into positive action, and foster dialogue on climate change mitigation and adaptation."   • The keynote speaker at 7PM (by video link) is Katherine Hayhoe, a Canadian atmospheric scientist, professor at Texas Tech University, also Chief Scientist for The Nature Conservancy and a Christian. Her talk will be followed by a panel discussion of more local scientists
